Interstate BBQ was hit and miss. The BBQ spaghetti was a bit of a disappointment- the noodles were overcooked and there was way too much BBQ sauce. Ribs were fairly standard, brisket was decent, and the chopped pork was mediocre at best (after Lexington BBQ, I think all chopped pork will pale in comparison). The BBQ sauce was a little on the sweet side- lots of molasses. The highlight of the meal was the cole slaw and potato salad- the dijon mustard added a nice bite.
