Lexington BBQ

Excellent BBQ with a vinegar based sauce.  Red slaw is very different from the standard mayo-based stuff and is a perfect compliment to the chopped pork.  Cracklings are a must and when layered onto the sandwich, adds incredible flavor and texture.  The home-brewed sweet tea is THE best I've ever tasted, EVER!  This is a family owned and operated restaurant.  Most likely you will be greeted and served by a Monk.  This meal was soooooo good that we returned in the morning and had BBQ for breakfast.

Additional decor highlighst are a great drawing by a small child that reads, Honeymonks is the best I love to et there.  I love to et there too
